A few months ago I signed up for free subscriptions to several magazines. It was a bonus through one of my credit cards. Along with Bazaar, Vanity Fair, and W, I put a check in the block next to Stuff. I hadn’t seen the magazine, there was no description as to what kind of “stuff” was inside, so I didn’t really know what to expect.

Okay, if you’re a guy, you want to read Stuff. It’s a guy’s magazine full of really great looking women but not the raunchy stuff you’ll find in Penthouse type magazines. These women are hot and they wear a little bit of clothing to keep some mystery.

There are also some good, fairly short, articles, (isn’t that what people who read Playboy say?) on a variety of subjects focused primarily toward males. The February issue has an interview with Jesse James of West Coast Choppers who says he is “the weirdo on the corner who builds bikes.” The issue also dishes some dirt about cheap celebrities and takes a look at a few extremely pricey high-tech gadgets such as the $100,000 robotic hand.

I was also surprised to read about Fabio’s expansive and expensive (”a million or two”) home theater. Who would have thought his dream is to own seven-foot-tall Krell speakers?

I doubt I’m the only woman who thinks Stuff is pretty interesting reading.
